Work Contract
Design and develop scalable fullstack applications from scratch;
Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI;
Develop modern frontend interfaces using React;
Collaborate directly with the CTO on technical decisions and product strategy;
Design and implement AI-powered workflows and LLM integrations;
Research, test, and apply new AI technologies to improve product capabilities;
Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines;
Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance improvements;
Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment;
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best development practices.
+3 years of experience in Fullstack Software Development;
Knowledge in Python backend development;
Experience building frontend applications with Javascript/React;
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs;
Interest in or hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tools, or AI-based products;
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking;
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions;
Comfort working in early-stage products with evolving requirements;
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Python and FastAPI;
Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures;
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS;
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
Startup or product-building experience;

We are a fully remote company, but we value in-person connections. We host annual trips for the entire team to collaborate and bond, and some teams organize additional meetups throughout the year to work together.
You can choose your work hours, as long as you meet your team and client's main meetings, cerimonies and deliveries. Apart from those ceremonies, you can choose how to distribute the remaining hours of your day. Just make sure you're communicating frequently and clearly.
