What you'll do

  • Keep our recruiting management system organized and daily updated
  • Learn our main recruiting roles and practice hunting routine in external and internal sources
  • Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates
  • Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Support team in other operational and internal HR processes
  • Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers

  • Constant communication with our stakeholders

Requirements

  • Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
  • Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills

  • Previous experience with selection process
  • Advanced English for communication with American team members
  • Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine
  • Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance


Desirable

  • Previous experience with competency-based interviews

  • Previous experience with ATS

We are a fully remote company, but we value in-person connections. We host annual trips for the entire team to collaborate and bond, and some teams organize additional meetups throughout the year to work together.
