- Actively prospect new customers (focus on large companies) and identify business opportunities;
- Present our solutions clearly and persuasively to potential customers;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and seeking to open new business doors;
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts with corporate clients;
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to develop effective strategies for preparing business proposals;
- Monitor market trends, identifying segments with the most promising leads according to KIS's business model;
- Work with the team in a data driven perspective, documenting and tracking the progress of your prospects and negotiations;
- Assistance in the elaboration of sales processes in Brazil.
- Advanced English (you will use it daily to talk to American leaders);
- Good communication and organization;
- Experience working and prospecting big companies;
- Experience with complex sales in IT consulting.

We work in a 100% remote environment. Some teams enjoy meeting for work and to get to know each other. We have an office in Campinas that people can go to and spend time with other collaborators.
You can choose your work hours, as long as you meet your team and client's main meetings, cerimonies and deliveries. Apart from those ceremonies, you can choose how to distribute the remaining hours of your day. Just make sure you're communicating frequently and clearly.
We have performance plans, feedback and follow-up sessions, social gatherings (online and offline) and laid-back events to keep the teams engaged and united.
